Antwerp Welcomes New Head Coach Marvin Compper
Royal Antwerp FC (RAFC) has appointed the 41-year-old German coach Marvin Compper as their new head coach. This marks his first time in the role of T1, following experience as a T2 at MSV Duisburg, Lokomotiv Moskou, and RB Leipzig.
Education and Career
Prior to this appointment, Compper served as an assistant coach for FC St. Gallen since summer 2024. Before that, he had already gained experience with MSV Duisburg, Lokomotiv Moskou, RB Leipzig, and other teams.
Previous Player Career
Marvin Compper wore the jersey of several top clubs including Borussia Mönchengladbach, Hoffenheim, Fiorentina, Leipzig, Celtic, and MSV Duisburg. His playing career was a mix of German, Italian, and Dutch clubs. RAFC has greeted their new T1 with great enthusiasm: "Marvin Compper is the new head coach at RAFC. 🔴⚪"
