Antwerp loses coach Joseph Oosting to Go Ahead Eagles. Oosting was introduced on 1 December as the successor to Stef Wils, but failed to bring the club to the Champions' Play-Offs.

What happened?

Oosting was tasked with bringing Antwerp from 14th place to the Champions' Play-Offs, but it didn't work out. Antwerp finished the season in 11th place after a lackluster season.

Why it matters for Antwerp

The Antwerp board had seen enough and gave Oosting his C4. Meanwhile, Oosting has found a new club.

What's next?

Go Ahead Eagles introduced Oosting today. It's not the first Eredivisie club for the Dutchman. He was also a coach at RKC Waalwijk, before moving to FC Twente. | Club | Position | Period | | --- | --- | --- | | Antwerp | Coach | 2022-2023 | | Go Ahead Eagles | Coach | 2023-2028 | Last result: Antwerp 2-0 KVC Westerlo (2026-05-23).
